Product vision → requirements and user stories → competitive analysis → flowcharts → mind maps → HTML prototype. Each step provides an artifact the user can review and refine.
Staged prompts and structured outputs
Used dedicated prompts, JSON Schema and staged state management to produce editable outputs. Refinement carries context while targeting the current step.
Preserving user control
Implemented undo/redo, visual Mermaid editing, Chinese and English support, and HTML/PDF export. Step-level refinement preserves manual work elsewhere in the document.
Implementation
React and TypeScript frontend, Vercel Serverless and Gemini 2.5 Flash. Independently built and deployed the product.
